Jerdon Enterprises provided a range of site and infrastructure improvements for the Grange community in Katy, Texas. The project included the construction of brick retaining walls and entry monument walls, along with coordination for the community’s sculptural elements and installation of wayfinding signage.
Additional work included lighting and electrical improvements throughout the project area, as well as grading and drainage to support the site’s long-term functionality. Together, these elements help establish the community’s entrances and public spaces while creating a cohesive and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
